What is a Learning Exchange?
90% of Canadian business leaders say they have a DEI strategy, but only one-third say actual progress is being made. TGC’s Employer Learning Exchanges will provide an evidence-based forum to help employers improve their performance towards key talent KPIs.
Each Learning Exchange will share practical and actionable ideas and strategies with Canadian managers, recruiters, and human resources professionals on how to implement inclusive talent practices.
TGC’s Employer Learning Exchanges will run from October 2023 - February 2024.
Why participate in a Learning Exchange?
Learning Exchanges support both professional development and organizations in developing innovative programs and supports. Throughout each Learning Exchange, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from immigrant women in STEM’s experiences, engage with diverse speakers, and learn from innovative program models.
